Thundercat, Inc. ("Thundercat," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at thundercat.io and the product at app.thundercat.io. Requests to engramhq.com and app.engramhq.com redirect there. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit our websites, join a waitlist, book a demo, or otherwise contact us.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Name, work email, company, and role when you join the waitlist or request a demo.
• Messages you send us by email or through forms.
• Scheduling details when you book time on our calendar.
• Account and billing details if you become a customer (processed by our payment provider).

Information collected automatically

• Log data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and pages viewed.
• Cookies or similar technologies used to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage.

Information from service providers

Calendar, email, hosting, and analytics providers may collect or process information on our behalf when you use those tools through our site.

3. How we use information

• Respond to waitlist, demo, and support requests.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and product.
• Send service or product updates you requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails.
• Comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect our rights.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:

• Infrastructure: Cloudflare hosts the site and related workers.
• Scheduling: Cal.com (or a similar calendar tool) if you book a demo.
• Email and operations: vendors that send mail or store waitlist records.
• Payments: Stripe, if you purchase a paid plan.
• Professional advisors and legal: when required by law or to protect Thundercat.

If we use AI model providers to deliver product features, we send them the prompts and context needed to generate a response. We do not sell that content.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to operate the site (for example, to keep a page working or remember a preference). We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. We use PostHog to understand page views and which links people click. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect site behavior.

6. Security

We use HTTPS in transit and restrict access to personal information to people and vendors who need it to operate the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Retention

Waitlist and sales-contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the purpose collected, whichever is later. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required for billing, security, and legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA. To make a request, email legal@thundercat.io. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

9. Children

The site and services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
